Once applied, our masonry protection products allow masonry (concrete, cement, stone) to withstand termites or the growth of dry rot. They thereby prevent these agents that deteriorate timber from moving inside the building and accessing cellulose based materials (wood, paper, cardboard, fabric) in the case of termites, or materials containing lignin in the case of dry rot.
Our masonry protection products are applied on the surface of the masonry. They are available in several forms: termite and damp protection film – TERMIFILM, termite protection waterproofing coating, termite pellets, or dry rot and termite liquid. The TERMIFILM termite prevention system forms an uncrossable termite barrier before building starts, placed at the interface between the ground and the building.
